Data deletion

You can have the personal information we hold about you deleted at any time. This covers anything submitted on this site or on a lead funnel operated by Inflow (1579663 B.C. LTD., doing business as Xerad).

How to request deletion

Email admin@xerad.ca with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the phone number or email address you used, so we can find your records. That’s all we need.

What happens next

• We delete your lead or application records — contact details, project details, and message history — from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by reply once it’s done.
• If your request was passed to a client business you asked to hear from, we notify them of your request. As an independent business they handle their own records, and you can also contact them directly.
• Records we must keep to meet legal obligations (for example, proof that you opted out of messages) are kept only for that purpose and nothing else.

Stopping messages without deleting

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. That takes effect right away and doesn’t require a deletion request.
