Privacy policy

Inflow is operated by 1579663 B.C. LTD., doing business as Xerad (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website (inflow.xerad.ca) and the lead-generation funnels we build and run for client businesses. Questions or requests: admin@xerad.ca.

What we collect

On this site: if you apply or book a call, we collect what you enter — your name, business name, contact details, and what you tell us about your business. Nothing more.

On client funnels we operate (for example, a flooring-estimate funnel run for a local contractor): when you request an estimate or book a visit, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, phone number, email, postal code, and project details. We only send you text messages or emails if you gave express consent on the form, and every message includes a way to opt out (reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe in emails).

Advertising and analytics: our pages may use cookies and tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure whether ads led to an estimate or booking. This shares limited technical data (such as browser information and event identifiers) with Meta to measure and improve ad performance. You can limit ad tracking through your browser or your Meta ad preferences.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for — an estimate, a booking, a call.
To pass your request to the client business you asked to hear from. Their team contacts you about their own service; they are responsible for how they handle your information after that.
To follow up by text or email, only with your consent.
To measure advertising and improve the funnels we run.

We do not sell personal information. Ever.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed to run the service: the client business you requested service from, and the providers we build on — hosting (Canadian data centres where possible), SMS and email delivery (such as Twilio and Resend), and Meta for ad measurement. Some providers process data outside Canada (typically the United States), where it is subject to local law.

Retention and your choices

We keep lead and application records only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time — email admin@xerad.ca and we will respond promptly. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately.
